  • The orientation of the PCP overall design is prolonging run life of PCP to maximum extent with large eccentricity, low speed and linear between the rotor and stator.
  • The stator uses unique rubber formulation, which improves oil resistant of the rubber and makes the stator achieve zero swelling in the oil. Advance rubber injection process is introduced to solve adhesive failure in the rubber and poor resistance to the medium.
  • Characteristic of the rotor: high quality carbon structural is used to ensure enough torsional strength of the rotor: the overall heat treatment process ensures that the strength of the rotor is the same overall.
  • The stator surface treatment process ensures that coating surface roughness Ra of any point is less than 0.4um.
  • The stator uses the overall rubber injection process to ensure that the stator rubber has overall coherence in the spiral line. This brings out a better interaction of the rotor and the stator increases pump efficiency and run life of the stator.
